1. Acceptance of terms.
Welcome to HomeBlend's Terms of Agreement. To access or use any website/ service or content on HomeBlend you must accept the following terms, and agree to the stated privacy policy. The terms are subject to change at any time.

2. Users Responsibility.
You hereby agree to either be of 13 years of age or have the permission and/or supervision of a person over 13 years to access the site and its services and content. You hereby agree to take responsibility for your own actions and use any website/ service or content on HomeBlend without any warranty from HomeBlend Media Ltd. and at your own discretion.

3. HomeBlend's Responsibility.
We hereby WITHOUT any warranty or guarantee agree to provide free and unrestricted access to flash games. In the event that the above condition is breached it lies with the USER to report this by visiting www.HomeBlend/pipeline and we agree to act upon this in FIVE working days, as long as a HomeBlend Administrator is working within those five days. We take no responsibility for any damage to your computer or data caused by using HomeBlend.

3. Copyright Responsibility.
It lies with the copyright holder to report copyright breaches. HomeBlend Administrators will act on any inquiries within 14 days of a copyright complaint as long as a HomeBlend Administrator is working within those 14 days. To make a copyright complaint, proof of copyright will be required. Any content without specific instructions on copyright will be considered acceptable for use and distribution on HomeBlend. 4. Content Rules and Licensing Policy.
All flash / games content unless otherwise specifically stated is free to be downloaded and redistributed. This is at the discretion of the copyright holder and as long as the content unless otherwise stated is NOT built upon or edited or watermarked. Any logo's, slogans, style-sheets, themes, web designs or HomeBlend Trade Marks are the exclusive copyright of HomeBlend Media Limited. All game thumbnails and descriptions are, unless otherwise stated by the copyright holder, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 in England and Wales and 3.0 in the United States. 5. Fair Use Policy.
Use of HomeBlend is at the discretion of both HomeBlend Media and of that of the Internet Provider. Users must only access the site with express permission from both HomeBlend Media and the Internet provider. Furthermore users at schools and colleges users must not use the site or access content without permission from members of staff.

6. User Agreement.
Access to the entirety of HomeBlend (including our ad server) is required unrestricted for use of any website/ service or content on HomeBlend. Users agree to in no way abuse, misuse or damage any website/ service or content on HomeBlend. Also users accept that HomeBlend Media holds no warranty in the event that any damage is done to ones computer system while using any website/ service or content on HomeBlend.

The terms “HomeBlend Media”, “HomeBlend”, “HomeBlend” are the express ©2008 copyright of HomeBlend Media Ltd. The term HomeBlend and HomeBlend Coffee is express ©copyright and trading names of HomeBlend Media Ltd. Access to our site is subject to these conditions. The sites website design and its CSS is the express copyright©2008 of HomeBlend Media Ltd.

8. Share and Share Alike Policy.
All Games On HomeBlend are unless otherwise stated by the copyright holder available for re-distribution on the internet. All content uploaded can be freely downloaded and redistributed at the discretion of the copyright holder. 9. Privacy Policy.
Users must agree to the below privacy policy before use of HomeBlend.

10. User Accounts.
Users who have signed up to a HomeBlend Account agree to receive one update email a month and any important service emails. Members will not receive spam, updates on new games or incentives to join services outside of HomeBlend within those emails. Members have the right to delete their account by request via the HomeBlend contact form. They must use the email they signed up with. Accounts will be deleted within 5 days as long as a HomeBlend admin is working within those 5 days.

11. Pirate Yak.
Pirate Yak is an Group Instant Messenger provided by HomeBlend and powered by third party software. Pirate Yak is a Trade Mark of HomeBlend Media Limited. Conversations on Pirate Yak are at the discretion of users. Content on Pirate Yak is completely unrestricted and users use the service at their own risk. Discussing activity illegal at your point of access is prohibited (see privacy policy). HomeBlend Media offers no warranty for this service, and excepts NO responsibility for any content on Pirate Yak.

12. HomeBlend Mirrors.
Requests for mirrors are made with no warranty from HomeBlend Media Limited. Any information collected by HomeBlend Mirrors is permanently stored by HomeBlend for analytical purposes. Information collected by HomeBlend Mirrors will NEVER be shared unless legally required to do so. HomeBlend Mirrors is covered by the below Privacy Policy. Use of HomeBlend Mirrors is at the discretion of HomeBlend Media Limited. We take no responsibility or liability for third-party domains. HomeBlend Mirrors is a trade mark of HomeBlend Media Limited. Requesting new mirrors is for regular end users only.
13. Embedding and Bandwidth.
Only approved domains and partner sites may embed games hosted by HomeBlend. Unauthorized hotlinking is prohibited. Embedding is subject to the continued consent of HomeBlend Media Limited and offered without warranty.

HomeBlend Media collects user data to help keep track of users and to help improve HomeBlend. Like almost all media sites we collect the following data that is sent by the user's browser:
IP address, Browser Type, Network location, usage patterns (I.E what pages the user uses within HomeBlend.), referrer, robots, screen resolution, flash version, operating system, host name and connection speed. We DON'T know any personal details other than those voluntarily submitted via joining a HomeBlend Media service (e.g. an email address used with the HomeBlend Account), or where any of our users live or surf. We will NEVER sell or pass on user information submitted to HomeBlend, unless required by law to do so, or if their has been a breach in the HomeBlend Terms of Agreement.
